Transparency is at the heart of PalFactory. Here's exactly how we generate revenue — no hidden fees, no surprises.

Referral cashback

Sponsors list their referral codes on PalFactory and pay recipients who use them. The sponsor keeps the full brand reward, and the recipient receives a cashback payment from the sponsor.

How PalFactory earns: We charge a platform commission on every cashback transaction, processed through Stripe Connect. It is paid by the sponsor on top of the reward and covers payment processing, a provision for default and chargeback risk, referral rewards, and the operation of the platform. The exact commission is shown before each transaction is confirmed. Nothing is deducted from the recipient's cashback — the recipient receives the full amount.

We follow the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials. All cashback and incentive relationships are clearly disclosed.
