Frequently asked questions
How much cashback can I get with a Hometree referral code?
The amount depends on the code you choose. Each active offer on this page lists the cashback and conditions that apply.
When is the cashback paid?
Cashback is paid after the sponsor confirms your purchase. Most requests are processed within a few days, but the timing depends on the sponsor and the brand.
Does the Hometree code expire?
Each code is set by its sponsor and can expire or reach its usage limit. We show the last verification date and remove codes that are no longer active.
Do I need an account to use a Hometree code?
Yes. You need a free PalFactory account to claim a code and track your cashback. The purchase itself happens on the Hometree website.
Can I use a Hometree code if I am already a customer?
Eligibility is set by the brand. Some offers are limited to new customers, and the conditions for each offer are listed above.
How do I know the code still works?
Each offer shows when it was last verified. If a code stops working, report it from the offer page so we can check it.
